Ralph Atkinson - Gainesville, Georgia
Ralph, a Corporate Chaplain since 1996 serves several companies in the Atlanta, GA area. Since 1995 he has served as a chaplain in areas of logistics, construction, Police, hospital, IT security and NASCAR, He is certified by International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. for both workplace settings and Homeland Security. Ralph is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College and Southern Theological Seminary. He is the father of two great children, and the grandfather of two wonderful grandchildren. His other interests include Gwinnett Stripers AAA Baseball, and deep sea fishing.

Roger Fall - Jacksonville, Florida
Roger comes to Chaplains Associates with several years experience in corporate chaplaincy. In addition, he serves as a disaster response chaplain with the Florida Baptist Convention where he also trains other chaplains. He is endorsed by the North American Mission Board, is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the Board of Christian Professional & Pastoral Counselors, and has served in various pastoral positions at churches in central and northeast Florida. Prior to entering the ministry, Roger served as an emergency management consultant with over twenty years in emergency services, and disaster management. He is a US Army veteran, having served as a medic during Operation Desert Storm. Roger holds two degrees from Florida State College in Jacksonville, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Thomas Edison State College, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Behavioral Science from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, he also holds a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Temple Baptist Seminary.

Bob Halstead - McDonough, Georgia
Bob Halstead joined the team, in December of 2017. Bob has been in the ministry for over 34 years. He also serves as the Teaching Pastor at Eastside Baptist Church in Stockbridge, GA where he has been for over fifteen years.During his ministry, he has served in five churches in Georgia and one in Texas. He has degrees from East Texas Baptist University (B.A.S., Christian Ministry Major), Luther Rice Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Emmanuel Theological Seminary (Doctor of Divinity).Bob has been married for thirty-three years to his beautiful, godly wife, Lynn. They have four adult children, a son, and three daughters.  He has the privilege of working with his son and middle daughter on staff at their church.Bob has served in several foreign countries around the world ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ and is currently involved in an ongoing project to train local Pastors in the nation of Honduras.Bob's other interests include spending time with his family and leadership development. He is also a proud Georgia Bulldog fan.

Ed Salter – Lookout Mountain, Georgia
Ed has served as a corporate chaplain with Chaplain Associates since 1992. He is currently Senior Vice President. He served as Assistant Director, Director and Vice President of chaplaincy for Allied Holdings, Inc. from 1992-2004. He served with Allied as a contract chaplain from 2004-2005. He had thirty years of pastoral experiences prior to chaplaincy. He also has experience as a police chaplain and summer camp chaplain. Ed is a graduate of Brewton-Parker College (’64), Georgia Southern College (’68), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (’72) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (’83). He is certified by International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. In 2006 he authored the book, A Proud Heritage - An Unlimited Future (A History Of Allied Holdings, Inc. - The First Seventy Years). Ed and Christine were married for fifty years. Christine went to be with her Lord in October of 2014. Their three grown children, and seven grandchildren continue to be a source of great joy for Ed. His other interests include sports (especially the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs), computer and leadership development.

Chip Sebring – Waxahachie, Texas
Chip is the pastor of an amazing family of believers at Southlake Baptist Church in Waxahachie, TX. 
As an ordained minister of the Gospel, he has had the privilege of serving churches in Texas and Florida working with teens, college, singles, teens, college, and men's ministries. Chris received a BS in Christian Education / Youth from Miami Christian College and a MA in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Allison have four kids and five grandchildren in their blended family. They are avid kayakers and are on the water every chance they get. One of Chip's favorite things in life is sharing a cup of coffee with family, friends and new acquaintances and talking about what Jesus is doing in their lives.
