Our mission at Chaplains Associates, Inc. is to engage in the workplace with persons of all faiths and no faith through a ministry of presence that builds relationships and provides opportunities for care and counseling.
Chaplains Associates, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was established in the 1990’s to provide ministry to business and industry. Our purpose is to provide an avenue by which companies can care for their employees, the families of the employees and retirees through ongoing active relationships.
Development
We offer emotional and spiritual support customized for each employee and their families and develop a relationship with those we serve on an ongoing basis.
Implementation
We implement support and counseling during workplace emergencies and personal crisis as they arise.
Supervision
Each of our corporate chaplains serve each company on a contract basis. Supervision and evaluation of each chaplain is part of each contract.
REFERRAL
Each of our corporate chaplains are trained in counseling. There are times that a referral is made to other resources for additional assistance.
